We were on a long drive from Washington DC to Utah and wanted to get past Denver. This Best Western Kivi in Fort Collins, was perfect, and exceeded my expectations which are fairly fussy (good bathroom space, good storage/table space, free wifi, breakfast available onsite or next door, and CLEAN). Personnel we encountered were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast space. Looks like they have a nice pool area, but was still closed for winter. Had an initial issue connecting to the wifi, but was immediately fixed by Best Western IT tech. With or without a pet, this is a great facility for the money, about $95.00 including taxes and $10.00 pet fee. Exceeded my expectations; would recommend this facility to anyone. The swimming pool was still closed for the winter; I would have liked to swim. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Comfortable. The continental breakfast was open before 6 AM. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 We were stuck in Ft. Collins because of snow so for the price the hotel was OK. Easy to locate, had wifi in room, cappuccino machine in lobby for breakfast. There were multiple "hairs" that appeared human and/or animal in the bed and bathroom.
