I was pleased when I found out my hotel was a Sheraton, generally all Sheraton hotels I have stayed at have been great. Not this one!!
We arrived around 8pm, after driving most of the day we were looking to relax maybe go to a movie, or get some take out food and order a in room movie. I checked the hotel "info packet" in the room when we got it, and it confirmed in-room movies were available. So we decided to go out for food and bring back to the room and watch a movie. When we got back to the room and turned on the TV, I was disappointed to find out that the channel lineup did not match the list in the hotel info pack and no in-room movies were available... Had I of known this we would have went to a theater to watch a movie! Nothing Pool, hot tub, TV options, attitude of staff. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The barking dog at 7:30 a.m. in the room next door -- a solid 20 minutes of barking that early. customer rating 4 out of 5 Overall clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and polite. Great for a business traveler, however, not very romantic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was no differentiation between an outdoor and indoor pool when selected. Poor!
