There is also a loud noise I believe from the AC units in other rooms. But the staff made up for any inconvenience they were wonderful, accommodating and attentive. Excellent Staff! Decor needs an upgrade. customer rating 3 out of 5 Decent location if you don't want to be right in Downtown, but still close by. Huge rooms with full kitchen and a good view of the city. Problem is, they have not upgraded much except the flooring, the beds and the flat screen TVs. The rest is vintage, and not in a good way. The drapes were gross, the appliances old. Reminded me of my college apartment in the 80's. I would rather have had an updated, cleaner room in any of the comparably priced Downtown hotels. Good location to the Fillmore music venue on E Colfax. Half updated, half very old and in need of updating.
