The only down side is that it is a bit tricky to navigate the one way roads. The room was comfortable, clean, stylish, and the bed was comfortable. There was room service plates outside my door upon arrival - they were there until late night after I called to have them removed. customer rating 1 out of 5 Unfriendly front desk staff. The hotel had a nice fitness area, but we did not have a chance to utilize. The room was small and unkept. Rude staff, next to train tracks, and very noisy. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Very nice hotel, but the $10 a day for parking is way too much. At the two other hotel right by this hotel, parking is free. Also, the Internet charge is way to high also. Very nice, close to Denver and Nat'l Jewish. Far from the airport.
