Front desk was very helpful and hotel was very clean. The shower was draining slowly and the toilet was acting weird, but we were only staying one night and not much time spent in the room, so it would have been too much trouble to change rooms. Close to all Downtown attractions. Great views of downtown. Would recommend this hotel to others wanting to stay in Downtown Denver. Easy access to 16th street mall. $25 for self parking was excessive to me. Shower drained very slowly and toilet was acting strange. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Everything OK except when checking in our room was not ready by 3 pm. Size Room not ready for check-in by 3 pm. customer rating 5 out of 5 Was only there one night. But very nice hotel, great atmosphere. Great help, friendly, and conveniently located to downtown.
