Great location and staff is always really nice! Park is REALLY expensive, but I found out that there is overnight parking at the mall down the street for just $7. So it worked out. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Don't be fooled by the 'Hilton' name, it is a franchise and it is not Hilton. So don't expect any of the quality, benefits, warm atmosphere, service, attitude, rooms or anything you would expect from a Hilton. My best advice would be to stay as far away from this hotel as possible and stay the real Hilton, the Hyatt which was close by, or the Sheraton (aging but MUCH better service.)
