King mattress gave a sleepless night, dipping toward the middle; too much curvature except for 10 on each border; one side as pitiful as the other. Couldn't believe it was just 1 yr old. Mushy. Liked the pancake sausage on a stick; egg muffin rather tasteless; wished there were red grapefruit Fruit Naturals cups, but not there. Missed having a fridge in the room, but staff did keep my blue ice over night. I've stayed about 4 times at this hotel; like the renovation (except for having high sink counter--can't tweeze eyebrows very well or get close to mirror. The scariest thing about this hotel is the parking garage and the 2-way traffic using a single lane. Watch out. The pool looked nice from the doorway and the printer in business center easy to use. I should have requested being away from the drink machine and elevator being on a higher floor to get away from the major traffic noise. Loved the view of the mountains however. The lobby and its sitting area, the business center. Not having a refrigerator; being opposite the drink machine; very lumpy king mattress falling to center. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 We book this hotel for its convenience. Close to the University of Denver, and right on Colorado Boulevard which has any shopping or dining opportunity you are looking for -- and then some. Beds are good, rooms are clean. Decline a mountain view room -- they face the noisy street. Swimming pool is small. It works for kids, not for lap counting. Fitness room is clean and has newer machines. Helpful staff and a location convenient to shopping and dining.
