The bad: Walls in this hotel are very thin. To give you a better understanding, my wife and I could hear every word of our neighbors' conversation, their TV programming, music and laughs...until 2 am, when we got completely desperate and asked for a new room. AC units are old and can be either in constant on or constant off position. The weather was such that turning it off wasn't an option, therefore, we ended up keeping it on. It was very loud and would freeze us rather rapidly if not for a warm blanket. The good: We got a great rate for this hotel. Location was very good, close to shopping and food(Panera, McD, Kimmy Johns and others) and 10-15 minutes away from Downtown. Rooms were clean, staff was very welcoming. Front desk immediately fixed our dissatisfaction with the room by moving us from 2nd to 8th floor with the mountain view and quieter surrounding. Hotel staff was very nice and willing to accommodate our needs. Very thin walls, old AC with no sensor temperature control. customer rating 5 out of 5 Overall good to great. Great accommodations. Bathroom was toilet and shower only. No privacy, really. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Would stay there again. Met my needs. Nice dining. Would like sink seperate from shower.
