Beds were old. Obviously, an older refurbished hotel. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 For being such and upscale the beds were terribly hard and very uncomfortable. After traveling for the past month from hotel to hotel, Crowne Plaza was the most expensive with the most uncomfortable beds. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 They gave us the handicap room at the end of hall so we had no bathroom counter just a sink. I was disgusted at the way the carpeting looked in lobby and halls. It was rolled and coming up. They held the seams together with red duct tape but it was a hazard because there were bubbles all through so we struggled to get luggage to roll. The staff was not very helpful or friendly however they were polite. And the heater was very loud going in and off every 3 min (i know because i laid awake all night and listened) I would never ever stay at this hotel chain again. Convent to get to. The carpets were coming up in lobby and hallways - they held them down with red duct tape. Dangerous and appalling.
