The bathroom had water damage that was poorly repaired and ants. The toilet ran for a long time. customer rating 5 out of 5 All of the staff was very friendly and when we got to our room it was bigger then expected. There was a sofa bed and matching chair, microwave, fridge, free wifi,and quiet. We used the pool right away and it was very relaxing after our trip because it was The room was bigger then expected, friendly staff, and the pool was warm and relaxing. Nnothing customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The staff was kind, and service oriented. They quickly accommodated if there was any problems or issues/concerns. I would definitely use them again. The environment was clean, and I appreciated that the hotel had sign reminders that the facility was non smoking. The pool was ice cold, and very uncomfortable. I do not believe it was heated. For an indoor pool the colder rainy weather was warmer outside.
