For the price & proximity to Aspen Airport, this choice could not be beaten! Helpful night desk attendant. GREAT food in the morning, early. Cleanliness could have been taken to a higher standard. customer rating 5 out of 5 I stayed here in early March on a trip to fish the Roaring Fork and Frying pan Rivers. The price was the best around, and I found this 2 star-rated hotel to be nicer than some 3 stars I have stayed at. The room was clean and equipped with a decent-sized refrigerator and microwave. The bathrooms and pool are a bit small, which really didn't bother me (didn't use the pool anyway). With the exception of some kids running up and down the hall for 15 minutes the first night, it was pretty quiet all weekend. It was right off the highway and the staff were friendly. You can grab something quick from the continental breakfast in the morning too. Overall, very pleased. Price, convenience, friendliness, and amenities. Bathroom was a bit small, but it was just for me anyway. We were given the ADA accessible room, which was clean but not very comfortable. It overlooked the car wash and had a fair amount of noise from the elevator. When we extended our stay, we dealt with the staff at the front desk during the day, who were very nice and helpful. They moved us to a more comfortable room overlooking the river. Overall, the hotel was clean and about right for a 2 star hotel. Daytime staff at front desk were very friendly. Nighttime staff at front desk were not very friendly.
