Grounds and common areas were clean and attractive. Room was spacious and comfortable but had not been cleaned. There were no towels in the room and trash had not been emptied for at least two days. Comment card from previous guest was still in room and indicated a similar problem with cleaning staff. Friendly desk clerk. Room had not been cleaned.
