Customer Reviews for Best Western West Covina Inn West Covinacustomer rating 4 out of 5 Our room was not ready, so the staff graciously put us in a larger room with a jacuzzi. Staff advised us the jacuzzi was not working, but we could use the tub for bathing, which worked fine for us.The room was clean, bed was acceptable. The shower door had a piece of metal or something that was broken at the bottom. Other than this, the room was in working order. Small one cup coffee maker was barely passable, but we are coffee snobs. Breakfast was free. It included eggs ( probably powdered, I didn't try them as they did not look appealing), sausage, fruit, cereal, bread for toast, muffins, etc. The usual fare. They did have a waffle maker, though. You could pour the mix onto the waffle maker, close it, and when the timer goes off you have waffles. They were quite good! The TV in the room did not have any of the usual movie channels ( HBO, Showtime, etc. ) which I would have preferred. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for sleeping only. It is fine for a basic visit, but I would not pay top dollar for these rooms. I would stay there again. The staff was fabulous! customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The room was great. The staff needs work.
