Party goers hang around outside the ballroom in the lobby area & some may be intoxicated. Not good if you have children with you, and cigarette smell filled the 4th floor hallway to our room. Easy access on/off freeway & located near College of Sequoias (5 minute drive). Drainage problem with tub & sink. Toilet was slow to flush, and had to flush multiple times for one use. customer rating 3 out of 5 The pool was large and clean. The foyer and general areas were large and inviting. I asked if they provided a free breakfast and was told no. I later learned that they did from another traveler at the function we were attending. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Convenient location. Too many smokers, too close to this non-smoking hotel, cigarette smoke drifted up to my room.
