Very friendly staff. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 If I hadn't prepaid, I would have left. The hotel staff was rude, overwhelmed and made me feel unwelcome. There were only three of us in the lobby and the guest wanting to check-in after me simply left frustrated. It took nearly 10 minutes to get us checked in, others were taken back by the hotel staff's attitude. The staff make me feel rushed and unwelcome. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 This is an excellent place to stay and enjoy a business trip or a vacation. Jacuzzi was excellent and the breakfast were right on and we were near to the beach and Downtown. Always the back gate to the pool was chained shut, might be as safety issue, Summer last year.
