The bed was very, very comfortable. The staff was super nice. The restaurant prices for breakfast were way too high. Parking should be included, but was not. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 For an "upscale" hotel the bathroom was a huge disappointment. The towels were small, rough and cheap, and only two per room. The shower head was one of the worst low-flow heads that I have ever used and it took five minutes to get hot water. The toilet was practically under the sink so only one person can use the bathroom at a time. I will avoid Sheraton hotels if they are like this. Hilton has the advantage of nicer bathrooms and the best beds at this price-point. Nice lobby. Terrible bathroom, cheap towels, no water pressure in shower, slow to get hot water. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 This hotel was loud, the staff was rude, there were only 2 towels in the room and there was black grime in all the corners of the shower. For a hotel located near a theme park they were remarkable unfriendly toward children. It was walking distance from Universal Studios. The staff was rude. The room only had 1 bed and they wouldn't rent me a roll in bed. They suggested I sleep on the floor.
