Customer Reviews for Hilton Los Angeles/universal City Universal Citycustomer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel was very nice. Everyone was very friendly except for 1 worker who worked in the night time. He was parking or greeting people when they got to the hotel. When we asked about the shuttle he was very rude and didn't want to hear about us asking him why was the shuttle taking long. He had a very poor and bad attitude. Another worker jumped in and explained to us the shuttle had stopped at The Sherton first, then it was coming to the Hilton. Other than than that everything was great! The hotel workers and the atmosphere made me feel welcomed. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom(toilet) didn't flush very well(no pressure). customer rating 3 out of 5 Nothing special about it. Location Outrageous prices for buffet, internet service, etc. customer rating 5 out of 5 It is conveniently located for Universal Studios & City Walk. The hotel shuttle is helpful when going out to City Walk after dark. It's a comfortable walk if you are fit. The pool area was nice. Fitness center is always a plus. Large glass windows in the rooms provided nice views. Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable No free wi-fi in the room. There were only 2 glasses so choose bathroom use or beverages.
