Our room was cold and there wasn't extra blankets in the room. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Location was great. Lobby very nice and beds comfortable. Plastic cups in bathroom not enough cream and sugar for coffee cold food from room service & no half and half. customer rating 4 out of 5 Great business traveler hotel but they get you on charging for internet access. Also a bit skimpy on room amenities. No mini fridge and cheap cardboard cups for coffee machine and plastic cups in bathroom. On a positive note, bedding is fantastic, can't be beat! Hotel reception was friendly and accommodated my late checkout, which was great! At this star level, in Silicon Valley, free internet access should be provided as well as a mini fridge.
