The lobby was beautiful, staff extremely helpful and polite, the free breakfast was a great plus, and the food was great.. Lobby was beautiful. Staff was great. The free hot breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Are room was a little out of the way, but not too bad. It gave us some exercise. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 We were told upon check-in that there was only smoking rooms left. I could however pay an additional price for an upgrade to a king suite. When I stated that would not be acceptable a non smoking room became available. The elevator was not operational. The set up for the breakfast. The room was not as clean as it should be. Not enough care taken with the floor cleaning. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Really liked the breakfast offerings included with the room. Two different responses given by phone and at check in concerning early check in request.
