The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Very attractive/friendly staff/overall, a nice place to stay. We reached our room to find that a staff member had been doing paperwork and left it all over the bed and desk. customer rating 4 out of 5 This hotel was convenient for visiting the Reagan Library. Our room was not the greatest. The kitchenette had a sewer gas emitting from the sink. Bathroom was too small. Room drapes and furnishings too old and uninviting. My room location was too loud, the staff moved me within 5 minutes of calling.
