We had dinner reservations, but otherwise would have not left the room! We plan on returning often. The room went far beyond our expectations customer rating 2.5 out of 5 I have stayed at many hotels, including this brand and found that this stay did not live up to my expectations. Hotel was in a convenient location for our reasons for being in the area. For the price, room was small, bed not very firm, and quilt puffy in spots. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 This hotel could have been a nicer stay if their employees knew the hotel policy better on a better early check in. We were told we could check in around 1:00-1:30 when in reality after waiting in the parking lot, not until exactly 3:00pm could we get our room. Our room wasn't even ready 15 min before check in which is ridiculous to me. Don't tell a guest you can check in at 1:00pm and then have them wait in a parking lot for 2 hrs. After we got to the room it was ok. We had a horrible view of a del taco. Stay was decent for one night. The comfy bed and big bathroom. No early check in, poor staff.
