Customer Reviews for Best Western Big America Santa Mariacustomer rating 5 out of 5 When we arrived the front desk staff had everything ready, I showed him my ID then he handed me the key card for the room. He had the check in all finished before we even arrived. This was nice because of driving all day, I just wanted to check in quick and relax. The hotel room was one of the biggest I have ever seen, clean and very comfortable. In the morning we went to the lobby for breakfast (included with the room) lots to choose from and very good. Also free wireless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area. Very clean, friendly staff, the room was very large, quiet and excellent free breakfast in the morning. When we arrived the gentleman who checked us in made special arrangements for my elderly parents and arranged for our room to be close to theirs. The rooms are modern, spacious and well maintained. Staff went out of their way to assist my elderly parents with appropriate accommodations. Could use some Gluten Free items on breakfast menu.
