The breakfast wasn't great, the coffee was weak. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Pretty decent value, but be prepared for loud party animals to keep you awake on weekend nights. Nice that it's close to beach, harbor and walking areas including weekend art/craft show on beach front. Friendly and helpful staff although unable to switch room to get away from smelly, eye-burning fumes from freshly painted concrete walkway. Overall, room was clean though. Great location close to beach, harbor and weekend art show. The toxic strong odor of fresh concrete paint when we arrived, loud party animals disrupted sleep. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Very clean hotel room. Beach was across the street as well as a park. Again its very loud in he morning. Our faucet drain was not working and shower floor was very uneven. HDTV HD horrible resolution. Room was very clean. Super loud, woke us up pretty early.I recommend staying on the second or third floor. Horrible HDTV resolution. Shower floor was way off level.
