Pool was out of service for renovations(?) customer rating 1.5 out of 5 This hotel is decently clean but the furniture and style is very outdated and sort of gross feeling. It shoulddefinitelynot be mentioned as having a pool and hot tub because while officially there are deep holes in the ground where water once was, it's very obvious that they have been lacking water for some time. They were taped off and it was clear that there had been no construction work on the project in some time. In a word, it looked like hell. It was pretty clean. Very old, pool and hot tub out of order and the area a total mess! customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The hotel is close to the tourist section of San Juan Capistrano. There are several malls also close by where you have your choice of food options in the restaurants within the malls. The interstate is close so the hotel is very accessible but yet you do not hear any noise of the trucks and cars driving on it. This place is OK for a short stay to the area but would not be comfortable for a longer stay. Rooms are dated but clean so that is the main thing. The hotel was very close to the older section of Capistrano so there were plenty of restaurants to choose from that were very close by. There was no breakfast offered with this room.
