Customer Reviews for Holiday Inn Silicon Valley San Josecustomer rating 3 out of 5 The Holiday Inn Silicon Valley looks like it had it's heyday about 25 years ago. There was not even a chair to sit on in the lobby and the hallway carpet was worn and stained (a small sign said they were remodeling, so hopefully this will improve! The beds were very comfortable with quality sheets. Our room was very clean and relatively updated. The restaurant served free kids meals. The air conditioner was too loud: woke us up as it switched on and off. Lobby was barren (no furniture at all: remodeling). customer rating 2 out of 5 I didn't feel safe at this hotel. It's a large building, but there were bums in the parking lot, and there's a bar across the property that attracts what I think is not the best of Silicon Valley. Views were nice Hotel was old and it showed in the odors and overall neglect and shoddy decor. customer rating 1 out of 5 Noisy window A/C.
