For the price of the hotel it was very clean. The size of the room was very small. customer rating 5 out of 5 This hotel met my expectations of a good value hotel for the price. The location was perfect for a business meeting I had and then a bit of sightseeing at Fisherman's Wharf the next morning. Having lived in San Fran years ago I was well aware of the area and it's possible negative aspects but was pleasantly surprised at the courteous hotel staff and clean if a little "shop worn" accommodations. The property was quiet being just off Hwy 101 and parking was not a problem although we didn't check in until 10pm. You should not be in an SUV or large vehicle unless you are proficient at city parking in tight spaces. Clean and good location-easy off-street parking,although limited and a bit tight. Very tight parking-easy to miss turn-in from street even with GPS. customer rating 4 out of 5 They do offer free parking...limited space and forget it if you have a large car..tight getting in and out. We left car parked and used bus or walked. Right on several bus lines for easy access to sightseeing locations. Room rates more than doubled when we extended our stay 3 more days in SF (and didn't want to have to move rooms).
