Ugly rug. customer rating 5 out of 5 Wonderful hotel, overall. great location - plenty of restaurants, super quick walk to museums, symphony, and civic center. longer but doable walk to height ashbury and golden gate park. would certainly stay at this hotel next time i visit SF.
