Pillows were extremely small, very hard to get comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony though. The view of the bay was very nice. Extra small pillows, no regular size pillows or even extras in the room. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The place is in need of a renovation. The lobby area is pretty nice, but the room was a big let down. It just looks old and did not feel nice. Near Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Good store. HBO. Dirty, out of date. Bad style. Bugs around garbage at entrance. I called multiple times and was never offered anything other than "sorry." I am just not satisfied with that answer. Convenient location to local attractions.
