Customer Reviews for Days Inn Sea World-airport San Diegocustomer rating 2 out of 5 This hotel is close to SeaWorld, but is located near topless/totally nude bars. There are homeless people wandering through the parking lot and there was police activity. It appears that someone died in the parking lot as there was a police line and the officers had out big suitcases of equipment.
The swimming pool is located across the street from the bldg. we stayed in. It's not fun to cross the street wearing a bathing suit, especially in the strip bar environment. It was close to SeaWorld. The continental breakfast did not include hot foods. We were given coupons, went to the kitchen & were told we needed blue coupons or $5 for eggs. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 When we stayed at this hotel, we were bombarded by the noise of our neighbors and the sound of the gate outside our door slamming constantly. Also, the beds were so worn that you could feel the springs coming through. The rooms, although decently clean, were certainly nothing to look at. The breakfast, although free, was very bland. The free shuttle was the only plus, but even that was not a huge plus. The shuttle was said to have a car seat, but the seat was broken and not fastened into the seat correctly. I could not adjust the straps for my daughter. Overall, this hotel was a huge bust. I will never go back and certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Free shuttle to Sea World. Just a bad experience the first night after spending the day at Disneyland and getting in around 10:00 and scaring the poor people in the first room who were asleep when we tried to open the chained door. The room was nice. The night staff sending us to a room which was already occupied then to another room with a King bed instead of 2 double beds.
