NA customer rating 1 out of 5 The restaurant was revolting. It is very hard to get to especially after the water man broke. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Overall, this was a great place to stay for the price. The manager was excellent in helping me retrieve my lost bag from the airport and in helping me move my family to Days from another hotel. The shuttle service went above and beyond, especially with my mom who has trouble getting around. It was a great experience with the exception of a broken heater in my parent's room the first night they spent at Days. Maintenance did not respond to their call that night, but it was fixed the next day. I would recommend that friends and family stay at this hotel. Shuttle service was excellent. Did not respond to maintenance call the first night & my parents' room was without heat on a chilly night. Fixed the next day.
