Hotel front desk could not assist me with questions of transportation. customer rating 3 out of 5 My stay at this hotel was decent, I would have liked the hotel staff to be a bit more helpful and just a tad friendlier. However, the location is wonderful as it is extremely close to the freeway, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and quite a few beaches. The best advice I can give is to try to get a hotel room closer to the entrance, the ones in the back are not as well maintained as the front rooms. I would also advise to make other arrangements for dinner the hotel restaurant is ridiculously priced and the food is definitely not worth it. If you can afford to pay a little more for a hotel room I would suggest doing so, hotel circle has many hotels down the street from this location. However, if you are on a budget this hotel is decent to stay at. Great location-close to freeway, Sea World, SD Zoo, and beaches. The room was not as clean as I'd hoped, staff were not very helpful, and I would have liked to have more restaurants close by. customer rating 5 out of 5 It was convenient and comfortable.
