Cleanliness, hospitality, and location. customer rating 2 out of 5 The beds in this hotel are as hard as rocks. Would not recommended this hotel for that reason. They provide a breakfast that is high in fat & calories. No protein provided for breakfast except some hard boiled eggs. Very small area to eat your breakfast in. Only used the breakfast provided one day. The staff was friendly and helpful but nothing they could do about those awful beds. The rooms were adequate. But, the rooms were clean. Location. The most uncomfortable beds in the history of man. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING WAS THAT THE STAFF WAS NOT INFORMED OF PLACES TO GO OR EAT IN THE CLOSE APPROX AREA OF THE HOTEL. THEY WOULD JUST POINT TO THE "MAP" OF THE LOCAL AREA. WHICH WAS NOT THAT HELPFUL. THERE ARE QUITE A FEW GREAT RESTARAUNTS IN THE AREA! WE FOUND THEM BY WALKING 2-3 BLOCKS.
