Customer Reviews for Best Western Salinas Monterey Hotel Salinascustomer rating 3 out of 5 I requested a two queen size bed hotel room and only could get one king size, so I had to sleep on the floor and my wife and kids sleep on the bed. To make sleeping on the concrete like floor more comfortable, I requested two extra pillows and 2 blankets but they only had one pillow and one blanket. To top things off, several of the channels on our TV had no sound, and of course they were the ones my daughters' wanted to watch. Overall, not a very good vacation. The breakfast was good and easy to service ones self. Requested two bed only go 1, requested 2 extra pillows and blankets and only received 1. customer rating 4 out of 5 Good place to stay, will use again. Location, clean, and accommodations. Could not use my Best Western rewards card. customer rating 1 out of 5 The hotel was presentable itself, however the rooms were dirty, the carpet was dirty and there was trash in trash cans in room. We were also charged a fee for each child per night. This was not disclosed when processing order. Hotel was right off freeway. The room was very dirty. Mattress in roll away dirty and unkempt.
