Cleanliness of the bar area. customer rating 4 out of 5 The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is a block from train/bus station, blocks from historic down town, & sits on a plaza which is at an entrance to a shopping mall & movie theater. There was plenty to see, do, & eat Location--it sits right in the Plaza Mall. I booked a King Leisure room, but was when i arrived was informed it was near street (noisy) so I requested a different location--ended up with standard. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Chose location for an overnight instead of staying in airport terminal. In hindsight, I should have toughed it out at the airport for the 10 hours between flights. Very little. No shuttle, and indifferent staff.
