Terrible Parking facility, I couldn't use their parking facility, had to park a city block away. customer rating 2 out of 5 Don't go. You risk damaging your car in the steep access to the under ground parking garage. It is over priced when compared to similar, if not better local hotels. We needed a cot for our older son only for the first night and they could not accommodate we needed to upgrade to a suite for $20 more per night. Really bad parking and had to cross busy street to get to my destination. The hotel was also over priced when compared to a nearby Marriott property. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 All in all, a perfect hotel for what we needed with two teenagers. A solid choice. Updated and clean lobby and room. The girl checking us in had the same attitude as somebody working at a highway toll booth. Very bland and uninterested.
