Remarkably adequate. Could hear everything going on outside day & night. customer rating 3 out of 5 This properly is very close to many restaurants in the local area. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was a perfect start to the day. They make strong coffee which is not common for most hotels - loved it! Rooms were clean and well maintained, the fridge and microwave were appreciated. There is no elevator so I'd recommend older folks or families with young children pick a room on the first floor. For security reasons I'm not thrilled about room access from the outside (no hallway entry to room) but I'd probably stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.
