Was ok...nothing special. Some things were in need of repair i.e. doors. Rooms and linens seemed clean. Besides the pot smokers in next room, clientèle were tolerable. Staff attending to breakfast room were pleasant, but noticed one in par Close to freeway. Entry doors were in need of repair. Key cards didn't always work. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I would stay here again. Very comfortable, clean, and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and close to a good restaurant. TV channel guide was poor. customer rating 5 out of 5 Great hotel for a short stay! Glad we were able to find a Best Western when visiting Family. The location was like in an industrial area; but it was convenient for us. Would have like to near a shopping mall.
