I bid on a 3-star hotel. Not even. customer rating 4 out of 5 Fine room, bed was comfortable, but the only area to do hair and makeup was in the bathroom, and hard to do with someone else showering. The bathroom door would not stay open unless it was propped with something. The staff was able to put us on the floor and area we requested. Loud music was playing the the central restaurant area even though the restaurant was closed. customer rating 4 out of 5 Nice and clean perfect for star rating. Could be warmed up by eliminating the stark white walls. A little color never did any body any harm. Very convenient off I-5. Clean and friendly. The beds were very uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore lower back which persisted throughout the day.
