Customer Reviews for Sheraton Pasadena Hotel Pasadenacustomer rating 3 out of 5 Nice place but not updated to other hotels I have stayed at. Can't think of much. Rooms were small, the TV had analog channels. customer rating 4 out of 5 Room was clean, but not worthy of club house status. It was no different than our friend's lower cost room except she could not get free water or drinks from the club house. The cigarette smoke permeated every public and private area of the hotel. We suffer with asthma as do our two friends who stayed here. We all ended up ill after our three day stay. The smoke was in the restaurants, pool, lobby, and even in the air of the room. Los Angeles is supposed to be a smoke-free district. The designated outdoor smoking areas are too close to the openings of the hotel. According to the city law, there should not be any smoking near common or shared areas. The club house is only open for cocktail and appetizers during the week. So having access to it at almost a hundred dollars more a night was not worth it. And again, the cigarette smell was overpowering. Staff made up for lousy. Friendly and eager to please. Convenient to Convention Center. We all became ill because of the amount of cigarette smoke that invades every public space of this hotel. customer rating 4 out of 5 Over all it was perfect for a nights stay for business. It was close to stores and the convention center. Great restaurants near by. I loved the view and the lobby. The beds were comfortable. The parking was not great and the toilets were made for little people.
