Customer Reviews for Hilton Pasadena Pasadenacustomer rating 3.5 out of 5 This is a Hilton in name only. The building is old, the decor is tacky and the attempt at a redesign was a failure. The room we stayed in was small and cramped. The bathroom was separated by a sliding door, that seemed more in the way than functional. For the price, parking for hotel guests should be included and the parking information should be easier to figure out. The location is good, depending of course on what you need, but for access to restaurants, coffee shops, The Huntington, etc. it was great! Location - great, hotel - very average! Convenient location. Old structure, small room, parking should be free, restaurant closed too early, confusing layout, not really "Hilton" quality. customer rating 4 out of 5 The staff was great and helpful. That I had to pay for parking. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Room was horrible sleep wise. Next to elevator. Heard all night go up and down and doors closing and opening. There was a loud constant noise which was either the elevator engine or some type of generator. Bar was nice and the service was great. Goods food. Hummus appetizer. Food was good.
