The heat in the room didn't work and there was a big gap at the bottom of the door and then whenI called down to the front desk the man answered the phonevery rudely. Then whenI explained the problem he spoke to me likeI was stupid asking me didI have the dial turned to heat likeI didn't know how to turn the heat on. He broughtyou a little box fan heater which did nothing. The TV was dated and fuzzy. And the fridges cord was exposed and barley working and it sat on the tiled floor by the sink hazard! The bed was ok. There wasn't enough parking! I did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. I just needed a clean and comfortable place for me and my son to sleep for the night, so it was perfect and cheap too. The breakfast was a nice as well. It was clean and comfortable.
