Was told upon check-in I had been "upgraded" to the Stanford building...not sure if that was true or that was just what I had paid for and they worded it that way, but the room was very nice. We were on a corner and the room was very spacious, although the bathroom was on the small side. King sized bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean and quiet. Complimentary water bottles, but no free wifi. There is free wifi in the lobby. Didn't use the pool or common areas so I can't comment on those. A large property and did have to walk outside from the lobby to the guest room. Very comfortable bed! Wifi was not free. customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel was nice and confortable. It was very close to my work site. I was here for work and enjoyed my time. The friendly staff and warm enviornment provided by them. The cold temperature in the room. even with the heat on it was very cold. customer rating 4 out of 5 You can depend on the Sheraton Palo Alto to be clean and comfortable with good service. Location to Stanford University is perfect. This motel is very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend it to someone traveling alone or without young children. I do not believe young children would be able to eat enough to warrant the expense of breakfast. Comfortable and clean. Location to Stanford where son is being recruited. Had to use valet ($20). Without valet parking was $15. Both expensive. No complementary breakfast.
