We were there for only one night but, both the wireless and Ethernet Internet did not work in our room. I had to take my laptop into the public lobby. Easy access to downtown and the beach. I had to take my laptop into the public lobby. customer rating 1 out of 5 Carpets were dirty, bed uncomfortable & a very musty smell from all the dirt in the halls. Furniture was old & mismatched. Seemed more like a Motel 6 than a Pacific Grove Resort. Will not stay again. Sorry. Location & friendly staff.
