The furniture was not too great, only one nightstand which was odd. patches in the room on doors, walls etc. linens were very nice, lobby was gorgeous, coffee/tea service in room was excellent and toiletries were fabulous. Room was very clean. Beautiful lobby, ease of checkout and availability for a late checkout. $11 for parking for each vehicle and room service was not up to par. customer rating 4 out of 5 Spacious room. Nice hall way. Bathroom is not clean. Mold and mildew in the sink and standing shower stall. The carpet is old and dirty. Only 2 large bath towels provided. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The hotel and rooms were very nice. Having a one bedroom suite (with pull out sofa bed) was excellent with young children. Another plus was 2 doors to access the bathroom - one from the bedroom and one from the living room. The bathroom had a few peeling paint or mold issues which I reported. Otherwise, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was slow to deliver items to the room. However, they did something impressive. They found and kept my checkbook which I forgot in the room. I was very happy with that when I called the hotel looking for it. Having a one bedroom suite was excellent for traveling with young children. The housekeeping staff was slow to bring items.
