It was a very comfortable bed and pillows and it was nice that the bedroom/bathroom were separate from the living room/kitchenette. We would stay again and plan on doing so on our next getaway to California. Very nice for the price! Parking is not close to room. customer rating 5 out of 5 Great hotel took care of our every need & had a very nice full breakfast every morning we stayed. I even had to stay longer & they gave me a great price on the extra days. They were very friendly & prompt. Overall, our experience was pleasant. Staff was very professional and friendly. The deal that we received was for a 3 night stay in a 2 room handicap suite. Room was clean and well kept. Only major complaint was the restroom. There is no tub, just a shower which makes sense for a handicap room. However, water was everywhere following a shower. My daughter and I slipped a couple of times (obviously, this may be a hazard). If not for the handicap room, my stay was excellent. Good location, one block from mall, and two blocks from freeway. Resided in handicap room, shower was broken, floor very wet after shower.
