Expected package and asked, but was given to us 24 hours late, Ice machine not kept full, Soda/food machine not accept dollar bills and low supply. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Not pleased with hotel especially the pool/spa having so much chlorine that the kids couldn't enjoy it. Close to freeway. Indoor pool no ventilation, too much chlorine, we couldn't swim too long due to the kids eyes burning. customer rating 4 out of 5 Close and convenient to Oakland Airport with many services close by, including Starbucks.The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly. The pool tile could be cleaned, black around the edges.
