This means a room with heavily soiled carpets and linens by previous pets. As a pet owner with housebroken pets, this was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I appreciated that the 24 hour check-in time, that there was plenty of parking, and the motel was right next to the highway. There was only a small pool of brown water in the poor, if felt like we were sleeping on a concrete (the bed was so hard), the bathroom floor scary. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The area is so hot in July, and the pool was closed for repair. If I had known this I would have chosen another place with a working pool. The rooms are being renovated, but it would be nice to know this ahead of time. However, our room was fine.
