The room was a great size and it was very clean. The bed was overly comfortable and the room was a perfect size. The hdmi cord for the xbox wasn't compatible with the TV. customer rating 3 out of 5 I the hotel staff was nice and the cleanliness was great, I guess I didn't see that there was not complimentary breakfast so I was a little disappointed. For the price I paid, we should have received complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Close to downtown. The door was very loose, we were on the 8th floor and we could hear the wind trying to seep through the door, it was loud. The shower was cold . customer rating 2 out of 5 Staff were rude and not helpful. I made a request on the day of my reservation for two beds. I ended up with one long bed, so two of my children slept on the floor because we all could not fit on the bed. I contacted the front desk and the staff told me that since I reserved from a third party I was not entitled to a two bed room as I requested. Instead they wanted me to pay extra for a roll a way bed. The staff was not helpful and not considerate. Will not do business with this hotel again! The staff are rude.
