Even so, we were put in a very far away room(no carts or valet) that was in need of updating and close to the railroad tracks. No matter what rate people are paying they should be given the best possible room available. That is good business! Transportation to and from airport. We were put in a room that had obviously not been updated, although we saw many that had been. They are missing the opportunity to get are turn trave. customer rating 3 out of 5 It's noisy when aircrafts taking off or landing. So if you need a quiet place, don't choose this. Good surrounding environment, many delicious restaurants in neighborhood. The double queen rooms are large, clean and bright. The beds were comfortable and clean. They had bed bug proof covers on their mattresses. I was impressed that they were taking extra care with all of the current issues at other hotels. This hotel is The double queen room was spacious. On a previous stay I was in a room with only one queen, which was small and dark.
