It had a retro look and feel and was comfy and clean. The price was just right! The town was small but seemed very safe. You might have to go farther to find some food other than fast food. Overall I was very happy with Muir Lodge. It was quaint and wasn't a generic chain motel. It had character, It was clean and in safe area. After first night there were about a dozen flies in room, but I was able to change my room easily. customer rating 5 out of 5 Friendly staff. Nice rooms.
